Has anyone tried using these?

I find photo etch difficult enough in 1/72 scale.

Evidently there are some micro specialists lurking around. Not for me thank you.

And only $1,500 USD!!

Wow, what a bargain!!!

Says, $15.68 USD USD when I bring it up. Still at that scale, I think I'd go cross-eyed trying to apply them.

Hurry, there's only 2 left…

It's apparently a whole new thing the manufacturer is trying to get started: naval modelling in 1/3000 scale, presumably for people who find 1/1250 or 1/700 taking up too much space.

They also do Yokosuka Naval Base for $20 USD-odd

and bases for individual ships at just under $8 USD a pop.

I can see the ships selling to wargamers because they're cheaper and probably better detailed than any other 1/3000 and a lot more reasonable than Micronauts, bit as a modelling scale this seems a bit too bonsai for most tastes.

Ah, now coronavirus restrictions to prevent panic buying have extended to wargaming supplies. Now I KNOW it's serious!
