Lockdown has found me reading about the Burma and Pacific war campaigns again. So I'm looking for suggestions for rules suitable for solo play that would work for these campaigns. In terms of scale I'm looking for company to battalion size hence the 15mm (I enjoy painting and I can just about get away with 15mm). Thoughts so far are Lardies IABSM Peter Pig PBI Rapid Fire (are there any supplements for the Far East) Any experience of these and am I missing any you'd recommend instead? |

NUTS Compendium and the supplement NUTS Big Battles link For IABSM you may want to consider adding the supplement Platoon Forward. It is not necessary but helps with solo play. |

If you are looking at Rapid Fire, on their website there are free downloads for vehicles, guns, etc for the Pacific. Great simple set of rules with company being the smallest unit. A single player can easily handle a regiment. |

Thanks for the replies I'll look into Blitzkrieg Commander and Battlefront and check the RF and IABSM resources online |

There are two IABSM scenario packs covering that theatre: Fall of the Lion Gate (Malaya and Singapore) and Bloody Burma (er, Burma). Will give you about 40 scenarios to play through! Available at the TFL site or on Vis Lardica. |
