Amazing discovery!

One of the Legends of the USS Nevada was after Pearl Harbor she was sent back to the US for refit. There was a copper shortage so they used Silver for the Electrical Busbars and just paint them over.

They didn't discovery the switch until she was sunk, So she went down with a fortune in Silver.

I sure as hell hope nobody is going to be allowed to salvage that silver. It's probably highly radioactive, from the Bikini tests. The typical consumer doesn't own a geiger counter…
