Has anyone used the dip on this brand? I changed from layer painting to the dip method a few years ago due to deteriorating eyesight. I'm considering buying some Reiver Castings figures and, with the detail on them seemingly not being as well defined as on other, more expensive figure brands, I'm wondering if the dip will work, or if it will just produce nasty, irregular splotches. |

Ah… thanks gbowen, but I probably should have specified 'from that company's older ranges'; the larger Chinese figures are better sculpted. |

The best option is to do a test figure, and then see if you like how it turned out. If you do not like it, you can always strip it, and start over. Cheers! |
