I came across some Soviet naval infantry I need to base up. What army book are they in I can't find them in the ones I have.

Or were they just infantry with cool uniforms and I can use standard Strelkovy org charts?

EC,

According to Charles Sharp in Red Death, Soviet Mountain, Naval, NKVD and Allied Divisions and Brigades (Order of Battle in WW2, Vol VII). looks like they were organized as regular infantry. I could see them being rated Veteran, especially in the early war period, as they earned the name, Black Death from their German opponents for their daring and determination in battle.

Might there have been a special PDF list?
