Need advice on how to match the colors of the Brazilian flag in enamels (Testors, Tamiya, etc.)

Encycolorpedia lists the colors here: encycolorpedia.com/flags/brazil

Yellow encycolorpedia.com/fedf00 Looks like Humbrol Yellow is very close. Suggestions on how to tint it to be "just right"?

Green encycolorpedia.com/009b3a There are two Tamiyas that are fairly close, but both of them have tones that aren't present in Brazil Green (a touch of red or magenta). Obviously, it's impossible to get a component out, but putting a component in is simple …

Blue encycolorpedia.com/002776 The Revell paint that's very close isn't available in North America. According to Revell, Testors Cobalt Blue (2012) is close. If only I could find color information for it. Tips? Suggestions?

I painted the rudders of a couple of P-47Ds in the following Revell acrylic paints,
36112 Yellow Gloss
36364 Leaf Green Silk
