link A bit of a change in the wind again as I change from my usual military fare to some 70s cops for my 7tv game. Picked up a lovely Austin Allego car from a Company called Vanguards which is bought as seen, it's a perfect fit. So armed with nothing more that a bit of wood and some razor sharp sarcasm these boys will be taking on the sawn off shot gun blaggers of my Robbers Cast. Up next will be some more uniform officers before I go all Life on Mars with some CID types. Very different for me but very enjoyable. Regards Ken The Yarkshire Gamer |

Nice work, and the car is the perfect size. |

Didn't those allegros have hydrogas suspension that allowed them to leap-frog six-yard skips? |

What scale is the Austin Allegro? |

Cheers everyone, the Allegro is 1/43 scale, works well with the heroic 28mm scale Crooked Dice figs. Regards Ken The Yarkshire Gamer |

Ahhh, the Austin All-agro! The famous 'square' steering wheel (actually a sort of rounded square) was only fitted to the Mk1. Even British Leyland managed to figure out it was a stupid idea and junked it pretty quick! |
