"…A local police source told AFP, on condition of anonymity, that the man arrested is Oleg Sokolov, a professor at St. Petersburg University. According to Russian media reports, the police found the decapitated body of 24-year-old Anastasia Echchenko in Mr. Sokolov's home, who had been his student and co-author of several works with him. The historian reportedly admitted to killing the young woman at her home two days ago, local newspaper 47news.ru reports, citing unidentified police sources. After ending his life, he amputated his limbs to get rid of the body and that was when he ended up falling into the river…" OT Sad… he is a good historian…

History is as old as the world itself … An old professor, his student is a lover … The reason is banal jealousy and alcohol. |

All the same, he is a murdering POS. I hope he hates all that's coming to him because he deserves it. |

Yes, the rumor was that he beat his horse at a reenactment. I don't know if it is accurate or not, but I do remember reading about it. |
