Possibly a minority view given this site's comments on last year's event, but I'm genuinely sorry that Salute didn't happen today. Pending a shift towards economic and scientific reality, we might hope to get together again around 2025? |

My family and I held a "Not at Salute" party on the patio last night, we played Zombies! (about as close to a wargame as my children are prepared to stretch), drank wine from my extensive collection of Salute mugs and I wore the themed t-shirt I had bought for our game this year. A good time was had by all. |

I spent the day working through my Salute shopping list online – hopefully we can keep as many traders in business as possible. |
