purchasing question: Is there a US supplier for a physical copy? Or must I order from Sally 4th? If the latter, which mailing option should I use, since I live in the US?

I think that you will very much enjoy the rules, they are an all time favourite here in Sunderland U.K. Just for Geological context Sunderland is a few miles from Washington where some of the Famous George Washington's descendants lived. His earliest known ancestor was William de Hertburn a Norman Knight 1183. |
