"We decided to play at least one historical battle – the battle of Gorodechno. Of course, everything is quite arbitrary, but the main thing was done so that the Austrians and Saxons fought against the Russian units. Whatever armies fit on the table, we did not recruit a large number of troops. Austro-Saxon troops – 17 infantry battalions, four cavalry regiments and two artillery companies. The Russian army has 16 infantry battalions, four cavalry regiments, and also two artillery companies…."
