Thought I'd start some discussion on this, and let everyone share their experiences. I placed 2 orders late last week: First was from Amazon. They said it would take a week to get to me. (Not here yet.) Second was for my wife's gardening supplies. Company is on lockdown but still operating, they said they were two days behind in processing. (Also lots of items sold out – apparently gardening is popular during lockdown!) Not here yet. On March 30th, Crocodile Games shipped my copy of the beautiful WarGods of Olympus book. USPS Media Mail. Indiana to New York. Arrived today. So in my little sample of shipping experience, it seems that gaming orders are still as fast as ever. |

I am averting 16 books a day through my Amazon site for books. Sadly the site was not set up for me to sale games or minis. Books only. The rate of daily sales are up. Once the required shelter in place order is declared, I can not do hardback books due to them being shipped in a box and that will not fit in the mailbox. |

My anecdotal has been that, once the item leaves the vendor, things have been arriving faster. That said, I have shuttered my ebay selling to avoid having to go to the Post Office. I also zip lock mail for 5 days before opening. Since attending Cold Wars I have been to the store 3 times, at odd hours, McDonalds drive thru once, and to the mailbox 6 times. I'm retired, so I have the prerogative of proto-hibernation. |

I have placed 3 orders since Tuesday. One came yesterday from Florida to PA. Very fast shipping. The other was supposed to come today. Delayed. The third is shipping from Australia. Not sure what the status on that will be. They say it should be here by the 20th. Not holding my breath… Damon. |

Just had an order from Canada cancelled – Canada Post advised them it was stopping shipping to Australia after the order was packed. :-( |

I haven't experienced any shipping delays from companies that are still open. I received a book order from Amazon and Amarillo Design Bureau this week within a few days of ordering, and one from Studio Bergstrom last week. On the other hand, I contacted two sellers up in Canada to see if they were accepting orders, and both were under 14 day quarantine. |

Good to see some trade is continuing in North America. I had to cancel an order from Front Rank in the UK as New Zealand is not allowing any inbound flights for the duration of the lock down. I have four orders to despatch as well; two to the USA, one to UK and one to Germany. But we don't have a postal service, so they are sat here. Fingers crossed our lock down does not last more than the four weeks originally planned. |

Over the past week, I have received 3 orders in pretty much normal speed. Except for an order from Brookhurst, which came in really quick. |

Fortunately, I stocked up on lead at Cold Wars, just before I wound up in solitary confinement. If the lockdown runs to July, paint may be a problem. I placed two supplemental orders afterward. One was acknowledged, but nothing further has happened. I think they're shut down and not admitting it. The other was allegedly mailed a week ago in the US. Nothing yet. Books from or through Amazon continue to arrive at normal pace, and I can still get them downloaded to my kindle. Grocery every 5-6 days. Drive-through twice. Carry out twice. I find I'm actually figuring my chances of talking to a live human being as one of the advantages of carry-out. This will be very old by June. |

Placed two orders last week. One delivered yesterday and the other today. Both continental US. One a board game, one a 28mm tank model. |

Here at ScaleCreep.com we are shipping normally. Hard not to as for the moment sales have dried up almost completely. But I'm expecting to start hearing that international shipments will be delayed or canceled as countries prioritize flights etc. |

Phillius – is that cargo flights as well? I thought it was just passenger flights. |

I am sending parcels with my products from Russia around the world. Delivery times have not changed much (two, maximum, three weeks – in the USA). The changes affected only the fact that the local post offices began to work two days a week instead of six, but this is not a problem. All forms and payment take place online, my task is only to deliver parcels to the post office. No unnecessary contacts. |

I ordered three books from Naval Institute Press on March 19th. They shipped on the 23rd and arrived on the 28th. If anything, slightly faster than usual. |

In Australia, Australia Post advises delays to and from the list of countries here: link As far as deliveries go, there is no signing anymore for parcels; the person behind the counter will mark it collected. Not sure how it goes for delivery to a mailbox so the "signed for" protection may be moot. cheers Jon. |

Amazon has slowed down to snails pace. SO much for two day shipping. As for ebay it coming at the normal pace of two to four days. Currently I'm waiting for filament for my 3d printer. Amazon was the next day from the local warehouse. Now it is two weeks. Hope this all changes soon. |

I live in the US and recieved an order from Foundry in 8 days. I give kudos to both the Foundry and the mail service. |

Amazon is prioritizing both shipping and re-stocking. So food, medicine, TP etc. go first in line. Toys are a ways down the list. |

Still waiting on an eBay order, but I think that's because the seller isn't shipping or communicating. Grrr.. |

Two orders placed last week and both arrived this week. Local e-bay seller for some Zulu Huts. Ordered 3/28 arrived 3/30 – I let the seller know I was in no hurry and they should not take any risks to get me my toys. Acheson Creations for some Bantu huts. Ordered 3/28 arrived 4/2. The hut are very nice, however, since my collection is in true 25mm they seem a little large. Not to worry though. The roofs are cast separately and it was an easy job shorting the hut to better fit to my eye. I also am narrowing the doorways. I'm very happy with the results. BTW – Acheson is running a 20% sale. |

I have not noticed any serious delay in ebay or non essential shipping. Scheduling a grocery delivery is out about 5 days instead of the original same day delivery but I can plan around that. |
Albus Malum | 05 Apr 2020 8:54 p.m. PST |
If you order from ebay, it comes no delay, if you order amazon, it will take a month, or more. I ordered some PLA from amazon over a month ago, still hasnt shipped. |
Marc33594 | 06 Apr 2020 8:08 a.m. PST |
With Amazon they are indeed prioritizing so depends on what you order. For example I ordered some eye drops on 29 March they were delivered 30 March. I ordered some dog food, special blend. First order had to be cancelled since running late. Second order placed 26 March and delivered 28 March. However ordering some batteries for our electronic thermometer. Ordered 29 March and supposed to be delivered 11 April. |

A recent order for me took 2 days to go from Arizona to Philadelphia (2,344 miles) and 4 days from Philly to me (18 miles). |
