Lately I noticed a big uptake in the number of people reading my Runewars posts from three years ago. Why this is, I do not know. - Maybe it is because it is cheap on America's Amazon. Not so much on my Canadian Amazon. Americans seem to get all the deals. link - Maybe it is because of the new Oathmark Rules that came out. - Maybe it is because of Osprey's Free Frostgrave rules. link - Maybe it is just because people are bored and stuck at home due to COVID-19. Regardless of the reason, I compiled a Round Up Article linking together all of my Runewars posts. Come check it out. link

Like these rules just wished that Fantasy Flight sold the unit dials since I have tons of miniatures. These rules focus more on the maneuvering than fielding that Deathstar unit. Also kept the dice rolling down. |

Amazon has been blowing out Runewars since November/December. Asmodee has also been selling sets for peanuts, and I mean peanuts. Last month they did another huge discount. Core sets for $30 USD, other sets for $7. USD Many gamers bought them for skirmish games. I considered it, but my money went elsewhere. BTW the game now officially is discontinued. |

Mister Tibbles… In Canada, Amazon is asking for $117 USD for the core box. That's about $82.50 USD. You guys get all the deals. :) Yes to both of you, it is too bad that the game is discontinued. It is good. |

Yes it was a very good game – miniatures for humans a bit weird but concepts great. Suggestion to just get dials rules and use with other figures – sheer genius. Not sure who has the rights but it would be great to get copyright and restart as rules/dials only system. Thomas J. Thomas Fame & Glory Games |
