As you know, if you follow my blog closely, I build some 3D printed Hueys for my Vietnam wargames. You can find pictures here: link As my son dropped one of the models I thought about doing a crashed one This is how i found the model:

Great work. Have to admire the pilot to get it down in a survivable crash. Chickenhawk indeed. Beautiful model, but it certainly was wrecked. Is it particularly fragile or did he drop it form a great height? |

and you said…oh dear…what a shame….but I forgive you, son. Or something like that. Funny thing, the end result stands out as something very welcome and unusual. Most folk would not go to such trouble to model a wreck in that detail. I love the blue and green panels to the cockpit. |
