Thanks for the feedback; at this stage, I am not a gamer, I like to collect and display……..

Looks really impressive. May I ask the make of figures in 20mm?

They look like B&B miniatures. May be others.

Great looking set up as always. 🙂

Thanks for the feedback everyone; Russ, the figures are a combination of B & B out of the UK and also figures sculpted by Massimo Costa out of Italy, they were commissioned by a group of German modelers, they are sold through Schilling, Hagen and GIM Figuren all out of Germany…

Great figures but i suppose it is more of a parade then a battle?
How do you use this amount of figures?

Double G27 Mar 2020 2:17 p.m. PST

I'm not a wargamer, I just like to do layouts and then view them, think of it as a wargame without the game, spacing, maneuver, troop mass, troop ratio, troop distancing, proper scale, proper ratio or anything else is not of any concern to me.

It's all about eye candy…………………………..

The Costa figures are outstanding. Wish I didn't already have a large 15mm collection of Franco-Prussian figures.

Agreed; Massimo is a great talent, his sculpts have a lot of character, well animated poses, not your typical marching/advancing/firing wargaming poses……….

That is frickin' beautiful, even if some of the pictures are blurry.

Please do let us know if you have a blog, as I would personally hate to have all this disappear into the ether come the demise of TMP (or, perhaps more realistically, this post be shunted further down by Tango's daily contributions).

I have always been an admirer of Massimo's sculpts, but only from afar as I have so far been able to resist entering into the periods he's covered.

Thanks for the feedback Maha Bandula; no blog, although I've thought about one, but I do have a Facebook page for my company Minutemen Toy Soldiers and I post pictures of my layouts on there, I took about 48 pictures of this one.

I had an older camera that took great photos, it died on me and I bought a newer, more expensive one and I still haven't gotten the hang of it as sometimes my images come out blurry.
