General Wilson is teasing colonial wargamers on the TVAG site:

"February, 2020

So let's say that after 17 years a classic range of 15mm figures, ship models, and rules is coming back better than even we dreamed. Details, photos, and more will be going up here before this month is out!"

No update, but could it be the return of Frontier Minis, or the return of Minifigs manufactured in the US?

Will have to watch carefully – my Frontier figures need reinforcements

I thought Frontier has been out of business for well over 17 years. Other than a few launches, I don't remember them making any ship models either.

I don't want to give Patrick's secret away as I assume he doesn't want to release the full details until he is closer to production, so all I'll say is I've seen photos of some of the ships and they are great looking.

Oh, Me Brothers!

I fear that an inadvertent hope for the return of truly "classic" figures produced by anyone but Richard Houston or TVAG itself is sadly misplaced.

Would to Gawd I COULD bring back Frontier or produce 15mm MiniFigs here in The States, but these are miracles beyond my mere resources.

Our thanks to "Dennis" for respecting our desire not to go public with full details until we have more sample models/figures painted up to prove the range(s) are ready to go. I hope to do something along these lines before the end of this month.

Mind, if anyone has any certain knowledge of who holds the rights/molds to Frontier, I think a Crowd Funding effort should be made to buy them back with credit for free figures going proportionally to those who contribute. Maybe not all at once, however. No point in burning out the molds in a potentially massive "pay back" effort!

Otherwise, please keep watching here for news of the best and most beautiful range we've ever had the honor to present!
