They have always listed chemical artillery rounds and misses as normal combat rounds. That was made clear to us back in the 1970s. |

Yea, but I suspect we are as well, if needed, at least on the nuke front, AND if we no longer have the chems or biologics, we've still got plenty of "instant, canned heat" to deploy, as needed. We may decide to go asymmetrical, if any of the above are used, just for grins. |
