It's a joy to see these old Airfix figures so well used. Bravo on the British cavalry conversions! I'm primarily a Napoleonic figure guy, but I could not resist having all three sets of early German WW I infantry. No substitute for those spiked helmets. |

I double checked. The Germans did blacken their leather when going on active duty. |
