One of three games played at this first meeting of the club this month was an excellent rendition of the Battle of Pelennor Fields, using the GW, War of the Ring, Mass Battle Rules.
A lovely collection of figures and terrain produced by Mel, Lee and Jamie complimented the rules and produced a thoroughly enjoyable game
If you would like to see more of the game and how it played out then just follow the link to the club blog. link JJ |

Thanks korsun0, glad you enjoyed the read. torokchar – I have heard back from Lee who ran our game: "The siege towers were made by Games Workshop back in the 90s I believe and were released at the same time as they made the castle. Both the siege towers and castle are plastic. They also produced siege attackers and defenders sets as well. Games Workshop also produced a siege campaign book to go along with the products and all of these were to play alongside their WHFB range of miniatures. " Hope that helps JJ |
