The Foudre was a French seaplane carrier, converted from an 1896 torpedo boat tender in 1911.

Nicely done. Did you know a maker on Shapeways has a shop called "Objects May Appear" that does all the Bywater Great Pacific War what ifs/never were in 1/6000?
