How? It's a book recommendation. You are free to take advantage or it or not. And it covers the Newburgh officer problem quite well. I take it that you have not read 1794? When it was republished in 2001 it was apparently retitled Provide For the Common Defense |

If 1794 is the book I think it is, Kevin, I picked it up at a library book sale over ten years ago, read it and then donated it to the next sale. It did discuss the Newburgh conspiracy as have other books. I don't recall the Newburgh conspiracy being the focus of 1794. My recollection is 1794 had a broader focus as its title suggests. |

It does have a much broader focus and covers many topics at the beginning of the nation. But it is an 'arrow in the quiver' and is an excellent book. |
