Name recognition. Up until a couple years ago, I had never heard of Alatrieste. Whereas D'Artangan is an iconic character. |

Until I saw this thread I had never heard of Alatriste Watch the movie it's good, even though it suffers from shoving 6 books into 2 and a half hours. |
