Does anyone know of any? I fancy having a go at scratchbuilding a Victorious in 1/600 scale. There's an Airfix kit in this scale but it's the as-scrapped configuration with angled flight deck, so unlikely to contain many parts worth keeping.

There are a couple of Bismarck resources out there that show the hull profile frame by frame, but little that's similar for other ships. The Greenwich Maritime Museum sells something I could use but it's £117.00 GBP and the books are all OOP and seem to start at £50.00 GBP

Has anyone on their internet ramblings come across anything like this?

There used to be several sites with scale warship plans, but unfortunately they are no longer there. Depends on the quality of the model you plan to make. I have Anatomy of the Ship (Victorious), which has good plans.

The cheapest version of this I found is in UK: link

9988. WATTON, Ross.: THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER VICTORIOUS. Anatomy of the Ship.
Conway. 1991 1st. 160pp. Prof ills. 25x26. As New; Mint in Mint d/j. The career of the carrier HMS Victorious extended from World War II to 1967 and included a major refit during the 1950s, when she was fitted with an angled flight deck and the best shipborne air defence radar in the world. The author's drawings show all the changes she underwent during her long career. This volume features a full description of the ship, her modifications, and an outline of her service career. A photographic section which features on-board and close-up views of the ships, and over 350 perspective and 3-view drawings, with in-depth keys, of every detail of the ship. £28.50 GBP

Abe Books also lists some:
