We finished our big Stalingrad yesterday, with the Germans barely hanging on for a victory in the face of a big Russian counterattack. One of our funnest games ever!

Nice work. How is this all mounted? and is it geomorphic? |

I used 2 inch insulation boards for the terrain, so I could make shell holes, trenches, etc. The rubble is permanently affixed, both to the buildings and the flat ground around the buildings. Each building has a smooth, flat surface footprint to be placed on so that it nestles into the rubble for a fairly seamless look. The terrain boards are a mix of 4'x4', 3'x3' and smaller sections as necessary. They can be reconfigured to a certain degree for different games/scenarios. |
