I wonder who will crew it? Do the Qataris employ themselves in military roles of rank and file? I remember reading articles during Gulf War 1 that the Qataris units were considered to be of better quality compared to Saudi forces. Not sure if that has changed. |

I wonder who will crew it? Do the Qataris employ themselves in military roles of rank and file? Good question. I know that in many parts of the world (outside of western democracies) that military officers have a high social status and the nation's military is a highly regarded institution. As for the enlisted part of the crew (the people who actually work), they could draw upon the hardest working and perhaps largest immigrant population on the Arabian peninsula; those from the Philippines. They are the worker bees of the world. |
