A Royalist regiment of Horse for a change. the Newark Horse as they were oft called.

Sir Gervase is buried in Newark just over the road form the National Civil War Centre. Pictures, history etc at link

NCWC is pretty good. Personally I think they could tighten up a few things; I don't think that the current 'world turned upside down' exhibition is as good as the arms and armour exhibition that it replaced. Worth a visit if you are in the area, particularly if you can combine it with one of the Partizan shows or a Pikes and Plunder re-enactment weekend
