Friday we ran another playtest of the under-development Wars of Ozz rules in preparation for the demo games we will be running at Cold Wars.

We've been quickly trying to get all the units of new figures painted up as we receive them from Old Glory/Blue Moon, and this was the first time we had the chance to field many of them on the table instead of mainly proxies.

It's all fun and games until the Flying Monkey show up! Looks great!

Thanks, egoodlander! Yes, the fun stopped when those damn dirty apes dropped down behind the Munchkin line and assaulted from behind. grin

Great photos, Zebcook!

My favorite so far are the Pumpkinheads. I will definitely be picking some of those up if only for my annual Halloween games.

I also took some pictures of the game from slightly different perspectives. See my writeup and more pictures: bucksurdu.com/blog/?p=9534

We just wanted to let folks know that we have started a Facebook page, called Wars of Ozz Development", where folks can follow the development of the rules, as well as see painted shots of figures, etc.

I'm gonna try to drop by one game to take some photos for use in one of my upcoming weekly columns for wargamer.com.

Armies of Ozz made the list and got a shout out in this weeks article covering the most anticipated tabletop games being released this year.

Ciao, Colonel Bill

Thank you, Colonel!

Stop by the demo table anytime! We'll be happy to have to you take some photos.

HMGS will also have a photographer stopping by the room to take pictures of all the games including these. Thanks guys.
