During games do you have players whose attack tendencies are not always well thought out?

Hopefully he's got a handy tree to climb.

I think that monkey is doing some kind of gang initiation.

We had a guy at an ACW game with a Union cav unit deployed at one end of the line. He takes it into his head that he ought to be at the other end. He advances in front of the line, wheels and proceeds to move across the front of the union line, in line, with his flank hanging. His movement capacity spent, he comes to the end of his movement, enfiladed by the CSA Whitworth battery.

His day ended early.

Yes, one in particular is very rash. His enthusiasm is his downfall. Splendid fellow.

Indeed – one of my friends entire tactical repertoire consists of an all-out frontal charge

There's always at least one.

Miniatures gamers have a shooting bias. Even the most successful maneuver contest of carefully timed feints, rushes, withdrawals, and outflanking maneuvers will be recalled as "I didn't get to do anything". Gamers who aren't rolling dice to attack another unit are predisposed to dissatisfaction, which drives many to rush into contact without a thought about where, when and whether it's the right thing to do.

It's Rafiki from the Lion King!

It depends on whether I'm playing orcs or not.

Yeah, it's usually me!
