This series is not even set in the same universe as TNG. So this Picard is not the Picard from that series. It is 25% different due to licensing rules for starters. I am not holding out any hope for this being decent start trek. Sounds to me that it will be more generic scifi with some hand-waving to Star Trek thrown in. |
