The thing that I find tough about Spanish/Italian architecture is cutting arches in foamboard.

Anyone have a trick they'd like to impart?

Great work on the walls but the roof tiles are rather too uniform in colour and layout? I've taken many, many photos of rural Spanish/Portuguese buildings but I still can't get mine to look right!
