Here attached you see a photo of my first sample test building made with foamcore following TerrainTutor process.

Foamcore and balsa extra shapes
Plaster
Acrilic paint (grey + green)
Black Wash
3 test of drybrush light grey, white and sand, sand was very bad.

I also added smoke mig pigment.
About this last choice I have to say that for sure I am not skilled it it, maybe this tecnique does not express itself well on this model or on this color but I am really not satisfied by the results. The positive fact is that I discovered with a bit of surprise that the pigment fixer, which really smelled of gasoline did not harm the paint and not even left stains where applicated.
Now I am working on a bigger model and I am struggling with few matters:
- Creation of internal ladder
- Realizing tile floors
