I still like the "Pig". So do current Spec Ops and others.

Well, a couple of those are all very closely related. Personally, I prefer the 240. I have never seen one fail to fire and the only failures I have seen are directly caused by operator error (warp the barrel due to excessive firing, etc). The MK 48 is also a contender, but I have seen issues getting a belt started.
