But that won't stop them. Not when there's new books and minis to sell. I thought there were already minor chaos gods? From previous editions, or mentioned in fluff at least? Anyone remember? |

The original Realm of Chaos books, can't recall if it was StD or tLatD, had rules for creating your own minor chaos Gods/warp deities. Malal and the Horned Rat probably count as minor chaos gods. I assume Malal has been quietly forgotten about. No idea if the Horned Rat has made it through to AoS? |

Depends what they make of them. They added more elf Gods in 8th edition and it wasnt an issue. Just some extra fluff. As long as it adds to the current lore in a good way and maybe we see some new figures it could be a good thing. |

Enough unaligned demons to build an army would be nice. Right now (for Fantasy) you have a Demon Prince or Furies. I've been dipping into my old monstrous manual to see if I could collect enough unaligned demons to field such an army. |

Malal is a major Chaos god, however, GW was not awarded intellectual property rights when the creator sued for them. It's more avoided than forgotten. |
