The end of the club's wargaming year was celebrated in the traditional way this weekend with our annual Gus Murchie Memorial Game, where the club comes together to play one big game.
This year we pulled together a six table Chain of Command 1940 game which saw collections of figures and terrain owned by club members brought together in one big set to, that produced lots of eye candy as well as fun for the participants.
In a slight digression from our normal game reports, this post purposefully looks at the day of gaming with a few video clips of some of the tables during play. If you would like to see more then just follow the link to the club blog. link Jonathan (JJ) |

Wow, that St Mere Eglise church is beautiful and the damaged pieces are fantastic. What a labor of love to scratch build that. Definitely need a Normandy game to get that on the table. Game and terrain looks great also. JJ thanks for sharing. |

Thank you chaps. Yes Ian did a fantastic job with his church and I am sure it will get a run out at some time with the many games the club organises throughout the year. Cheers JJ |
