Armies may well be a big word, since they are made of 2 tanks each, but that's the joy of WaT : you can have a reason to have a few models unavailable in your core armies.

Models are fast build Italeri, except the Crusader which is a S-Models.

Lovely paint jobs – WaT is one of our favourite games too!

I've never been a big fan or armor heavy games, but this is catching my interest.

Nice work! One of the real benefits of WaT is you only need one of any particular tank to play. This allows the budding modeler in most of us to lavish detail on a single vehicle at a time rather than worry about building an army. Can accumulate quite a nice selection of various tanks.

Good point, Marc. If I may add, the level of fast build models -thinking of S-Models, Italeri, PSC, First to fight here- has gone to a fairly good standard

Herky, my friend came home today and we had a game, no three actually (and we were too taken to think of shooting pics, or is it I'm growing lazy with age? ). 2 games of Russia 1942, with me as the Soviet (and T34s rules the field), and one of Desert 1941, where I was equally lucky with my Italians.

And not to play favorites but I am particularly taken with the last pic, the T-34.
