Not surprising to me at all, and my guess is there's a 99% chance of the report being correct, given past moves by Iran in the region, their rhetoric, and their ability to manufacture and distribute rockets to many throughout the region.

A boatload of Iranian rockets going to Yemen were just seized in the last few days.

How many rockets can $400 USD million in cash buy? Cash that was delivered to Iran by the US in a cargo plane in the middle of the night. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.

Or, $1.5 USD+ BILLION?

I'm guessing a lot, especially at Iran's devalued currency levels.
