I recently saw a very expensive Zombies in Space game on Amazon and was almost tempted to buy it. Then I realized that I have enough monsters and space marines to do my own version, the only thing I lack is a cool set of rules. Is there such a book out there for destroying the horde of monsters in space? |

Write your own. That's what I did for my zombie attack on a trailer park. |

Just write your own zombie rules as a supplement to a game you already like. |

Was the game Sedition Wars, I picked quite a few of those cheap over the years so I've a pile of space zombies and bio-mechanical creatures to use in such games. |

I do see one problem. Aren't space marines armored? Zombie only have one attack mode and a fully armored figure would be virtually invincible. |

I think A Fistfull of Lead should do the trick. I picked up one game called "Lemmings In Space" from a now defunct Brick and Mortar store from a company called "Cheapass Games". It's a hoot of a game of Lemmings going all Kamikaze into planets and moons to curb themselves from overpopulation. Really, kind of twisted, but then again, it's about lemmings flying spaceships… soooo…yeah. You your Google-Fu, and if they are still around, you could probably convert that. Eric |

Thanks guys. VCarter, my 'Space Marines' are actually my own Star Troopers that I modified myself using Eldar bodies, Tau guns and human heads. I don't stat them too high, so they can be beaten by some of the medium to large monsters, whereas the civilians and base personnel are easily killed by regular infected humans. epturner, I'll see if Lemmings in Space is available somewhere. |

I admire the amount of work needed for such a conversion. Just my own prejudice, when someone says space marines I go right to power armored starship troopers (book not movie). Zombies vs. normal crew would be more of en even fight. I seem to recall a Star Trek spin off that had the landing party engaged with some Vulcan zombies on a damaged ship. |

Sorry, VCarter, it was just my short hand for armored troopers. Actually I have had a battle using these guys against Space Marines. The Empire as well all know is Xenophobic to the point of mania, and my guys are a bit more like Star Trek's Federation in mindset. When these two forces met, war was inevitable. I'm trying to get a decent camera so I can show what I mean. I've seen that episode of Enterprise. |

@Scary Robots ate my Puppy – Out of curiosity, what game was it? |

I just picked up another sedition wars (kickstarter with extras) box for £8.56 GBP (incl postage) on ebay, to be fair this was a very, very rare price for me. The best I'd managed previously was in the £20.00 GBP-30 range. So just to say if its Sedition Wars you were talking about, it is possible to pick some up cheap, if only for the boards and figures. |
