That's good value. Bamford, Haythornwaite and Dival are especially valuable and Kevin Kiley's book on artillery is worthwhile, even if I didn't find some of the illustrations useful be helpful because they lack a proper key to understand. If you're going to put a, b, c etc against, parts, please explain what they are.

I shall use my first post as a 'no longer lurker' to say 'A good Link Mr Stoppage, thank you!'

I have ordered a set for someone to give to me for Xmas.

I'll check them out; thank you.

@Durham Tiger

As a first time poster, I wonder why you are credited with having 4,500 forum posts?

@MiniPigs

I don't know. I can't see any posting information on my screen.

I first 'applied' for a TMP Log-On many moons ago, but 'The Boss' wasn't happy with my screen name (a relic from my Air Force years) and I couldn't get back online until a couple of weeks ago.

Edit: I have found the post count. All the other details are accurate for my 'accepted' log in details. So I am at a loss.

Do I win anything for 4500 posts? Since mid August? ;)

You win a bricole signed by noted historian "Derselbe".
