Does anyone have any idea what banner he may have carried whilst in French service? I have found his father's and brothers arms but not his? Cheers

Was his father and brother not dead by then? If so his arms would probably be those of his father or at least the same as his brother's but without ant cadency. |

is a big fan of the Age of Sail, and these ships really speak to him - he loves transitional eras, and the Anglo-Dutch Wars was one of those.
