I really enjoy the camaraderie I experienced at the games I GMd at the the convention. I gleaned some great insights on changing the types and varieties of the dice we used. I got to thinking about how to work in the effects of ground fog on movement and artillery fire.

My grandson got inspired to get into WWII gaming. It was so good to have him along. I am so proud of him.He has become a fine young man.

I have no complaints. Just loved the experience.

Congrats! And what games did you GM?

I will not be at Cold Wars but my grandson and I ran a 54mm Chaos, Confusion, and Casualties. An ACW regimental level game with 3 consecutive attacks running at the same time.

Do you think you might make Historicon?

I'd like to compare 54mm ACW games…

I'm going with the venerable On To Richmond.

Until I change my mind, of course.

Glad you had a good time.

Right now I can only get to one convention a year. I need to check my calendar for Fall In first. I am working on composing a comprehensive rules set before then.

Hopefully it was for me being really the first convention, plan to get to Lancaster next summer. And if VF next year all weekend.
