I was a proofreader for Vol. 1. The rules are clear and well-written, making this a relatively easy game to get into.
Especially if you pick up the oversized hex maps!

I assume that cover photo was taken after the surrender, as I can't imagine anyone standing out in the open like that, in broad daylight, otherwise.
