Libya has been a client state of Russia's for a long time since Gaddafi. Russia is perfectly capable of dealing with ISIS and other extremist groups. The US doesn't need to dip its wick eveywhere. |

It's precisely because the US dipped it's wick in Libya and other places that lead to the rise of ISIS. |

The Middle East as are other areas is a situation that the enemy in the forefront gets all of the attention, effort to eliminate. There are always and always have been additional adversaries lurking in the Shadows. Eliminating the highly visible has always been American minor wars policy. Let Russia deal with it. They succeed some and fail some. |
