I hate writing this, but I am at the end of my options. I placed an order with John Roberts of Naismith and Roundway on July 22, 2019. After paying and waiting 2 months with no product and no feedback, I contacted John via email and twice received promises to fulfill my order in 2 weeks. Another month later, no order and now John won't respond to email. Does anyone have a phone number? I recommend avoiding any purchases from John unless it is at a show with the product in stock. |

Lo and behold, my order arrived today. I appreciate John keeping his word and fulfilling my order. |

While itīs great you got your order (whew!) this whole post could have been avoided with better communication from the seller. There seems to be a lot of this in our hobby, I guess because for so many itīs a sideline rather than their main source of income. Still a pity though. |

The website appears to have disappeared. Does anyone have any news on this? |

And, now it's down again. I wanted to order some Jacobite 15mm samples to finally complete that army. Anybody know what's going on with the site? |

Looking through the feedback it appears that the site is being hacked by Russians. All we can do is wait for John to get on top of this and hopefully he will be back up to speed soon. |
