Hmmmm, last attempt didn't post. Database hiccup message popped up, and it has gone off into the ether, so trying again.

I see that Rubicon makes 1/56th scale vehicle crews.

Are there any other vehicle crews produced by other manufacturers for:

Jeeps/Kubelwagens/Schwimmwagens
Halftracks
M-8 and M-20 Armored Cars
M-8 Scott HMC (Light Tank with the 75mm Howitzer)
US open-topped Tank Destroyers – M-10, M-18, M-36
German Marder
Tank Commanders and Crews – half-figures and full ones
Tank Riders – German, US, and Soviet

Looking for crews for 1/48th – 1/50th scale vehicles. I suspect 1/48th – 1/56 figs should work.

JTFM have what you need in resin. Victory Force and Company B have what you need in metal.

Avoid 1/48 crews from Tamiya. Not because they're bad figures but because they're true scale and are taller and slimmer than wargaming figures.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Wow, crew figs are expensive. Even the half-figure ones.

That's not always true about the Tamiya figures.

One set of WW2 Germans is the same size as 28mm figures, the other set is a bit taller.

I will have to check and see which is which.

The Tamiya figures for other countries would work if you have just the half body sticking out of the turret – with head swaps.

Regardless, for all, taller body or not, if you use head swaps and have just the upper body, you will be fine.
