Hmmmm, last attempt didn't post. Database hiccup message popped up, and it has gone off into the ether, so trying again. I see that Rubicon makes 1/56th scale vehicle crews. Are there any other vehicle crews produced by other manufacturers for: Jeeps/Kubelwagens/Schwimmwagens Halftracks M-8 and M-20 Armored Cars M-8 Scott HMC (Light Tank with the 75mm Howitzer) US open-topped Tank Destroyers – M-10, M-18, M-36 German Marder Tank Commanders and Crews – half-figures and full ones Tank Riders – German, US, and Soviet Looking for crews for 1/48th – 1/50th scale vehicles. I suspect 1/48th – 1/56 figs should work. |

JTFM have what you need in resin. Victory Force and Company B have what you need in metal. Avoid 1/48 crews from Tamiya. Not because they're bad figures but because they're true scale and are taller and slimmer than wargaming figures. |

Thanks for the suggestions. Wow, crew figs are expensive. Even the half-figure ones. |

That's not always true about the Tamiya figures. One set of WW2 Germans is the same size as 28mm figures, the other set is a bit taller. I will have to check and see which is which. The Tamiya figures for other countries would work if you have just the half body sticking out of the turret – with head swaps. Regardless, for all, taller body or not, if you use head swaps and have just the upper body, you will be fine. |
