After a long struggle we now reach scenario 2 in the Chain of Command campaign 'Taking the Gembloux Gap'. With the campaign hanging by a thread the Germans push on to this new map with the French trying desperately to demolish two key road culverts. A French victory will throw the German schedule into such disarray the campaign will be lost. Everything to fight for then. The full AAR is here The Culverts at Noirmont

Loved the Stuka photos, really nicely posed and pretty effective in unnerving the defence. It was a near perfect controlled advance rewarded with a lucky double turn at the end at which point the French very sensibly called it a day. They will have plenty more opportunities to derail the German offensive. |
