With windows of Pennsylvania's State House (now Constitution Hall) sealed to ensure secrecy of the proceedings, the patience of sweltering delegates wore thin as July approached August. In rapid-fire succession, Massachusetts merchant Elbridge Gerry moved that the chief executive "be removable on impeachment and conviction for malpractice or neglect of duty."*…"

It seems that a site entitled The Miniatures Page should focus on wargaming, miniatures and the history related to those topics. There are plenty of general history and political forums for discussions beyond those topics. For example, while I think the founders discussions surrounding the formation of a national bank to be important history, I don't think it is appropriate for TMP.
