As near as I can tell, it was detached from II corps and attached to III corps for Ligny. Where did it go after that? Did it stay detached, or did it return to parent outfit for Waterloo? |

The Division stays at Ligny. It has been so badly hurt, losing nearly half his men including its commander Girard and both of the brigade generals Piat and De Villiers. It seems the division was ordered to stop the Prussian tide the night after Waterloo and was routed in the process. |

It remained on the Ligny battlefield on 17th June, moving to Quatre Bras on the 18th. |

That makes sense. I was wondering why I couldn't find it at any of the battles after Ligny. Thanks everyone |
