Has anyone had success using an alternative brush on white primer for GW's Contrast Paints and if so could you post a photo or link to an example of your success? |

I have experimented with a number of undercoats. White, gray, tan etc. They all worked fine. Best way to figure it out is just experiment on some throw away figures. |

Would various shades of white and off-white gesso work? I'm not that big a fan of gesso over spray primer as the adherence to the figure surface is not as strong. But it is brush on. |
