I have been to the Totenantz website and it seems workable except that nothing seems to be able to be placed into the shopping cart. When I emailed them I got an error message saying no such domain exists. Are they still trading? The facebook page has not been updated for over a year. I'm looking for some Corvus Belli EI Romans.

They disappeared off the face of the earth last March. I haven't been able to make contact with them.

That is too bad, their website is fully functional almost.

Be thankful for that. I placed an order at the end of 2018. They took my money, but never delivered the products. I followed up with them a few times, even providing the details of the order along with a copy of the order confirmation. Until recently, their email seemed to work. I started getting the error messages a couple of months ago.

They are thieves as far as I'm concerned.

Ordered twice in past years, no pb. but cautiously asked Xan (figures) as they are close to each other… (when saw carts not working).
The guy is very very sick and does not trade anymore. My question was months ago no idea now. It would be a pity if it were to disappear.
As it happens in socialists Europe, when he got in trouble the sweet state could take his money even if he was not getting any more/ in a sick bed in hospital (they can do it still asking after death don't worry) and drained what was left. Anything. And he might not be able to do anything now.

As it happens in socialists Europe

1) Totentanz owner sickness consequences have nothing to do with State. Overwhelmed by depression, he just gave up – everything. If living in the US, he'd end up the same – if not worse.

2) Besides of inappropriate, your comment above just reveals your knowledge about Europe.

Tough luck I live there, most of the time, and I lived it!
In many other places you can easily stop trading and stop paying…
In Russia you can start a small biz and they come to ask you money after three years if you succeded. In France you have a lot to pay even before you really started posdibly making anything.
I don't know in Cataluña;) only went in the south sunny part of Spain, were they seem to survive a lot by getting around the system. Survive hey?
The first cause of company collapse is the states and its connected mafia.
Did you ever ask yourself why very few small wargames biz in continental !U.? ( not Uk, and mercifully maybe even soon better back to full sense).

Then to be on the subject, ask Xan if he knows more. It is a pity, to do proper Spanish 30yw…
Maybe someone could take over?

I'm not a fan of bigotry or hate in any form and yes, many Americans are guilty of over generalization of many things. However, that having been said, the whole "Socialism VS Democratic Socialism" thing is a major hot button topic in the US at this moment.

I though that it would be fair to look at both of your profiles. I see that you're in Spain. Now I don't know Jcfrog's origin, but according to his profile, he lives in France. If this is true, then he might know more of Europe than you knew, suspected, or were aware of.

Those were clever points, Jcfrog and ninthdoc.

However, and this being a matter of perception (subjective then), I believe the perspective depends on where you were educated, rather than on where you currently live.

I'd find it quite difficult to fathom further in this discussion without entering politics – and I have long ago committed myself not doing so here, besides of having deep in mind TMP's own rules at regard.

However, what I can state is my pride toward my father, who some fifteen years ago or so had to shut down his business for bankrupcy risk, and how he managed to leave no one debt behind – all his employees being fairly compensated, no one creditor left behind, no Treasury debts floating around…

And I hate how increasingly easy is becoming, year after year, for a business to collapse or even fade out with no remorse. Yes I hate such kind of 'freedom' – and find it difficult to justify them, even in the sad case of Totentanz' owner.

Quite a different matter is how self-employment is treated in some particular countries as Spain for instance. As a self-employed myself, I've often joked with my wife that, if I had been younger right now, I'd probably moved Minairons miniatures to Gibraltar as closest. But can you seriously believe such mistreatment can have anything to do with… er… socialism… in a country as Spain? Knowing its recent history? As said, we should dig out in politically sensible matters, and this isn't the place where to do it.

(Yes proud to be a Catalan).

Shame about the minis. He was just starting to branch out into the East Ren with Polish and Turks.

And these were superb, as for some greens pictures I saw.
