"Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company introduced RAIDER X, its concept for an agile, lethal and survivable compound coaxial helicopter, specifically designed for securing vertical lift dominance against evolving peer and near-peer threats on the future battlefield. Strange, that looks like a side-by-side cockpit…

Guess it's OK for a bird replacing the OH58, but I thought the tandem-cockpit design of the AH1/AH64/RAH66 was better for speed and sneaking.

The single seat Ka-50 Black Shark evolved to the side-by-side Ka-52 Alligator when the workload expanded beyond the capacity of the single pilot. Side-by-side has advantages in crew co-operation. The same side-by-side arrangement was used in F-111 and Su-24.
A second crewman implies an attack workload. That will require a fatter belly (internal load to maintain stealth profile) or a wing/pylon system on which to hang ordinance.
Of course if you really want them to do reconnaissance, don't give them a weapon. They'd just go shoot something and get in trouble.
